When a trial ends without a paid plan, the organisation moves to Free: one site stays monitored every 5 minutes from every region, with alerts by email and push notifications, and “Why this happened” on every incident. No card, nothing to cancel. Reports, the client portal, the API, the crawl, the security scan and the Client Risk Radar come with the paid plans.
For agencies, businesses and individuals. Business prices are in euros, excluding VAT; for business customers in the EU the reverse charge applies where the law provides it. Individuals in the EU pay the price with Romanian VAT included, the final price. Paid plans open soon; nothing can be bought yet and prices may change before then.
Count the client sites you want monitored at the same time. The smallest plan that holds them is the one to try. Every paid plan checks every minute, from every region, and Team and up can check every 30 seconds.
Every row is a limit the app enforces, written from the plan files it loads. A row that is not set in a file is never shown as unlimited.

Yes, in the EU: choose Individual when you pick a plan in the app, and give your full name and billing address. You pay the price with Romanian VAT included, the final price, and you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and get the full amount back. Outside the EU, plans are sold to businesses only for now. Nothing can be bought yet: this describes how it works once paid plans open.
The business prices exclude VAT; the Individual prices include it. A Romanian business pays Romanian VAT on top, at the standard rate, which the invoice shows. A business in another EU country that gives a valid VAT number, checked with VIES, is invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge; without one it pays Romanian VAT, like an individual. A business outside the EU is invoiced without Romanian VAT. Every payment gets a Romanian invoice by e-mail.
A site is one monitored web address. A plan limits how many sites are monitored at the same time; a paused site does not count.
With no paid plan, the organisation moves to the Free plan. The site with the most checks stays monitored, and you can pick another one; the other sites pause with their checks and history kept. Nothing is charged, and you can choose a plan at any time.
Yes, by exactly two months: the yearly price is ten monthly payments. Against twelve monthly payments, Solo saves €38, Team saves €118, Agency saves €298 and Agency Plus saves €498. The yearly price is billed once.
Yes. The person who manages billing cancels in the app, with no call or e-mail, and the plan ends at the close of the period you have paid for. Monitoring runs until then and then pauses; your sites, checks and history are kept, and you are told before anything would be deleted. Nothing can be bought yet, so this describes how it works once paid plans open; see the refund and cancellation notice.
Yes. Sites, checks, incidents, uptime history, alert addresses, members and invoices can be exported from the app as one ZIP file with JSON and CSV.
The comparison pages show the prices beside what each vendor’s own pricing page says, with the source and the date we read it. Where a page did not state a price, they say that instead of guessing.
