Export an organisation
- The ZIP holds sites, checks, incidents, uptime, alert addresses, members, invoices and your support requests. Secret request headers are never included.
- It can be downloaded once, within 24 hours. After the download the file is deleted from the server. The page shows the SHA-256 of the file so you can check it.
- Export first: a deleted organisation cannot be exported.
Delete an organisation
An owner types the organisation’s name to confirm. Monitoring stops at once and the subscription is cancelled. Its sites, checks, history, alert channels and member list are removed after a grace period (14 days in the current settings), and the page shows the date. Billing records (invoices) are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your account as a person
On Account security, Download my data gives everything the service keeps about you as a person, as a JSON file. Delete my account asks you to type your e-mail address, signs you out everywhere and removes the account after a grace period (14 days in the current settings). If you are the sole owner of an organisation, hand it over or delete it first.
