Which one to use
- Help & support in the app keeps your requests and the replies together. A request belongs to your organisation: owners and admins see every request of the organisation, members and viewers see their own. A viewer can read but cannot start a request; the contact page works for them.
- The contact page needs no account. Use it for a question before you sign up, or when you cannot sign in.
What to write
Say what you tried and what you saw: which site, what time, what the page showed. Never send a password, an API key, a card number or a recovery code. A message that contains a key is refused, and support never asks for them.
What happens next
- Your message is stored with the address you gave. The confirmation e-mail has fixed text and your reference. It never repeats what you wrote.
- A person reads it and answers. No reply time is promised.
- A request is marked answered when a reply has been sent and closed when it is done. If you write again on a request, it opens again.
Many first questions are answered in the help centre.
