Where you find it
- After each payment the owners get an e-mail with a link to the invoice’s PDF.
- The Billing page lists every invoice with its series and number and a link to the PDF.
- Card details never reach us: the payment provider takes the payment, and the invoice shows what it charged.
What the invoice says
- A business gives its name, address and VAT or tax number before the first payment. In Romania the invoice adds Romanian VAT. In another EU country, with a VAT number that the EU’s VIES service confirms, the invoice carries no VAT and says that the reverse charge applies. Outside the EU no Romanian VAT is added.
- An individual gives a name and an address, nothing more: we do not ask for a personal identification number (CNP). The price includes Romanian VAT and the invoice shows its amount.
- Invoices to businesses and individuals in Romania also go to RO e-Factura, the national e-invoicing system.
A refund or a withdrawal
A refund gets a credit note (storno) that cancels the invoice it refunds, and the owners get its PDF link as well. An individual can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription, on the Billing page with Withdraw from contract here: the whole payment comes back and a credit note follows. Something is wrong on an invoice
Write to support with the invoice’s number. An issued invoice is never edited: our accountant cancels a wrong one with a credit note and issues a new one.
